Kate Louise Lawler (born 7 May 1980 in Beckenham, London) was the first female winner of Big Brother UK, winning the 2002 third British season of Big Brother. Since leaving Big Brother, Kate Lawler has worked as a television presenter and personality, and as a disc jockey. In 2006, Lawler appeared on Brainiac: Science Abuse, being electrocuted in an electric chair. She was a presenter on Playdate, a late-night dating programme on ITV2. In 2007 Lawler appeared on the BBC comedy Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive. Lawler is currently co-presenting the Kerrang! Radio breakfast show, The Morning After alongside Tim Shaw from 7:00-10:00 am. On January 26, 2008 Lawler returned to Big Brother as a hijacker for a day in the new show Big Brother Celebrity Hijack.
