Jeanette Biedermann (also known as Jeanette, born February 22, 1981 in Berlin) is a German singer and TV actress. She went on to become an actress on the popular German soap opera Gute Zeiten, Schlechte Zeiten, where she played the role of Marie Balzer from 2000-2004. Biedermann's latest album Naked Truth was released in March 2006 and included contributions from her current boyfriend and guitarist Jörg Weissenberg. The album reached a moderate number 14 on the national albums chart and fell quickly out of the Top 50. The album was promoted by a small live tour, named Bad Girls Club, through eight German cities. Biedermann is currently working on a new album.
