This celebrity is an Emmy, Golden Globe, and Academy Award-winning American actress, perhaps most widely known for her role in the television sitcom Mad About You. Helen Hunt began studying acting at the age of eight with her father, respected director and acting coach Gordon Hunt. A year later she made her professional debut and afterwards worked steadily in films, theatre and television.In 1998 Helen Hunt won an Academy Award Best Actress for her role in As Good as It Gets.She currently owns a production company with Connie Tavel, Hunt/Tavel Productions under Sony Pictures Entertainment.
