Shakira Pies Descalzos

Shakira's love for music was shown when she decided to publish in 1995 a new CD, Pies descalzos (barefoot), than with the exception of the two precedence it contained more autobiographic witnesses and the books of martyrs. To surprise the disc was a success, and imposed the author to the attention of the great American, Spanish public and especially of that South American, succeeding to sell beyond four million copies and it was sold great in eight Countries. The album which “Estoy contained pieces aquí” (Is here), than more of the others divenne universal famous, “Dónde Estás Corazón” (Where you are heart), “Pies Descalzos, Sueños Blancos” (barefoot Feet, dreams white men) and “A little De Amor” (a po ' of love). Thanks to these songs, Shakira conquered hundred of thousands of Spanish fan , and risen to the more promising and young star of the entire Latin American musical panorama of that decade.

Pushed by this success, Shakira determined to publish a new album containing the remixate songs of Pies descalzos, realized from the dj that they worked for the radius that had appreciated her songs. In they Brasi the album sold 900,000 copies: this convinced Shakira to remixare many of pieces in Portuguese. The small revolution introduced in Pies descalzados resides in the style of music: for the first time the Columbian artist personalized own songs stirring POP and rock.
