Halle Berry Career
Halle Berry ,at the end of the 80's, moved to Chicago in order to be a model. She wanted to be a model more than she wanted to be an actress. One of her first roles has been in the television series Chicago Force. Halle Berry auditioned for a new television series of the Charlie's Angels, but she did not obtain the role. The producer, Aaron Spelling, remarked her abilities and he encouraged her to continue in her career.
On 1988 Halle Berry attracted the attention of the public with the interpretation of a slave in adaptation TV of Queen: The Story of an American Family. In 1989 she obtained a role in the television series of the ABC Living Dolls, that it came cancelled because of the low ratings. Her first important roles were in Jungle Fever by Spike Lee, where she interpreted a drug addict, Strictly Business and the Flintstones.
Other important films, besides Monster's Ball, were Code: Swordfish, first film in which she appears topless, Agent 007 - the dead women can attend (in which yields homage to Ursula Andress, before the Bond girl), Gothika, the series of films on the X-Men, in which she interprets the role of Tempesta and Catwoman.
