Brooke Shields Biography

Brooke Shields was born on New York City in a wealthy family related with the Italian nobility. Her father was Francis Alexander Shields member of the republican party, civil employee of the cosmetic house Revlon, brother of Shiedls Navy, and the mother is Teri Shields (born Maria Theresia Schmonn) anch'essa actress and then manager of the daughter. The parents divorced when Brookie was still child .

The actress has three sisters: Marine (wife of Thomas William Purcell), Olympia, Christiana and two stepbrothers: Diana Luise Auchincloss and Thomas Gore Auchincloss Jr.

The paternal grandfathers were Francis Xavier Shields, champion of Irish tennis and the second wife, Marine Woman Torlonia di Civitella-Cesium, Italian half and American half, sister of Don Alexander Torlonia, 5° Civitella-Cesium prince, husband of the Infanta Beatrice of Spain (aunt of the King Juan Carlos I). Shields is cousins of second degree with the actress Glenn Close.

In the 80's Brooke Shields appeared on all the reviews. Between the celebrities that were attributed to Ted McGinley (companion to them to her first scholastic dance), Dean Cain (her of roommate at Princeton and first man with which he had a sexual relationship, published Associated Press), John Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr., Michael Bolton, prince Alberto II of Monaco and Michael Jackson (he rewarded than it in 1984 to the Grammy Awards).
